4. Coaching, Spiritual, and Educational Disclaimer
Amanda Elemental is a certified Neuro Somatic Coach and Reiki Master providing intuitive, somatic, energetic, and educational support services.
Services provided through this website and business are educational, coaching-based, spiritual, and informational in nature.
Amanda Elemental is not acting as a licensed physician, psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical professional, lawyer, financial advisor, or licensed mental health practitioner.
Nothing offered through this website or business should be considered medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, or a substitute for professional healthcare or therapy.

5. Payment Terms
All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, including HST for Canadian residents where required by law, may be added at checkout or invoicing.
By purchasing a service or offering, you agree to:
Provide accurate billing information
Complete payment according to the agreed payment schedule
Remain responsible for all agreed-upon payments, including payment plans
Accepted payment methods may include:
Stripe
Credit card
E-transfer
Other approved payment platforms
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services or offerings.
The Company reserves the right to use collection efforts or pursue outstanding balances if agreed payments are not completed.
6. Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered:
Individual installments will be charged according to the agreed payment schedule
The Client remains responsible for completing all scheduled installments and the full agreed payment amount
Missed or failed payments may result in paused access to services or termination of the agreement
Amanda Elemental reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances for unpaid installments
Payment plans are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute month-to-month subscriptions that may be canceled freely at any time.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a specific written agreement:
All purchases are final
No refunds will be issued for completed services, coaching containers, workshops, digital offerings, or sessions
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of containers or programs
Amanda Elemental reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
8. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited.
Amanda Elemental reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, travel, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Communication Boundaries
Certain containers or offerings may include messaging or support access between sessions.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing:
Support access is limited to reasonable business hours
Response times are not guaranteed
Messaging support is not emergency support or crisis care
Excessive messaging or boundary violations may result in limitation or termination of communication access
10. Confidentiality
Amanda Elemental will maintain reasonable confidentiality regarding client information and session content.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed through digital communication platforms including email, Zoom, Google Meet, or other third-party services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they participate in sessions in a private and secure environment.
Amanda Elemental may disclose information if legally required to do so or if there is concern of imminent harm to self or others.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, written materials, recordings, frameworks, course materials, branding, graphics, downloads, and teachings are the intellectual property of Amanda Elemental unless otherwise stated.
You may not:

Share recordings or materials publicly
Teach or recreate Amanda Elemental materials as your own
without prior written consent.
Any recordings, PDFs, workshops, or materials provided are for personal use only.
