Talking to dead people and energy healing was never part of my life plan

Prior to stepping into this work, I spent over a decade working in advertising as a Digital and Social Media Strategist. I climbed the corporate ladder working with world-leading brands, all the while feeling unfulfilled and like there was something else I was meant to be doing.

Fast forward to accidentally discovering my intuitive abilities — I shifted my career focus, some might say drastically 😅

Now, I’m on a quest to normalize mediumship and energy work while using my abilities to help others heal and grow.

Energy 101

“Everything is Energy”

The Law of Conservation of Energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed — only transferred or transformed from one form to another. In the context of the human body, this means the energy that our cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred from one form to another.

This understanding of energy leads us to believe that there may be more to our existence than just our physical bodies — that our consciousness or energy may persist in some form even after our bodies die.

As someone who is sensitive to energy, my experiences have shown me the existence of this non-physical aspect of ourselves. It’s my belief that although the physical body perishes in death, our consciousness lives on in other forms. Through mediumship, I’m able to manipulate my own energy in order to communicate with Spirits in these other forms.

Similar to The Law of Conservation of Energy, it’s been shown that every living entity has an energetic field that permeates its body, and blockages in this energy can manifest as physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual issues.

I’m able to interpret the energetic systems of others and use techniques such as Reiki and Chakra balancing to manipulate the flow of energy in the body to remove blockages and promote healing.

When all elements of the body's energetic system are balanced, energy can flow freely, stimulating the body's natural healing abilities to improve overall well-being.
