This isn't a step-by-step program. It's spirit-led, body-grounded, pattern-aware work that meets you exactly where you are and adapts as you evolve.
Some sessions we're doing deep energetic clearing. Some sessions we're working somatically with your nervous system. Some sessions I'm channeling messages from your guides or showing you the patterns you can't see yourself.

Meet your guide
I didn't set out to become a healer. I spent 13 years in corporate advertising, working with brands like Nike and Spotify, convincing people to buy things they didn't need.
But life had other plans.
What some might call a breakdown, I now recognize as my initiation. The corporate world fell away. My old identity crumbled. And in that space, I finally stopped running from myself.
I eventually discovered jaw trauma resulted in living with undiagnosed structural dysfunction my entire life. My vision, my jaw, my balance, and my entire nervous system had been compensating since I was 2 for what my body couldn't do.
I literally couldn't see properly. So I learned to see in other ways.
The intuitive sight, ability to see energy, pattern recognition, the ability to read systems — these weren't just spiritual gifts. They were survival adaptations that became my work.
Now I'm a Reiki Master, certified Neuro Somatic Coach, psychic medium, and seer. I guide people through the kind of deep transformation that can't be rushed or bypassed.
I don't do surface-level work because I know what real change requires. I hold space for the mess, the contradictions, the unraveling that has to happen before anything new can emerge.
This work isn't about transcending your humanity. It's about coming home to it.

Yes. Many Reclamation clients are also in therapy. This work complements therapy beautifully—therapy helps you understand your patterns, this work helps you shift them at the nervous system and energetic level.

You can continue working together month-to-month, or we can complete the container. Some people know they want to continue before the 3 months are up. Others feel complete. We'll check in as we approach the end.

You need to be open to it. You don't have to fully believe, but you do need to be willing. If you're skeptical to the point of resistance, this probably isn't the right fit.

You have Voxer access for processing, questions, and integration support. The work happens primarily in sessions, and between sessions you integrate and practice. The container is designed with spaciousness so your nervous system can actually recalibrate.
